How to Import a Calendar

Bring external bookings into your Paragon Rentals calendar in three steps.

Get the iCal URL

On the external platform (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com), find the calendar export option and copy the iCal feed URL. It usually looks like a long URL ending in .ics.

Import on Paragon Rentals

Go to your property's Calendar settings and paste the iCal URL into the import field. The system will fetch all existing bookings and blocked dates.

Verify Sync

After import, check that your dates are correctly blocked. Bookings from the external platform will appear on your Paragon Rentals calendar within minutes.
